As I'd mentioned, SWANKy's invited, and I'm gonna' holler on the LC board. Meet some new folks, see some new trucks.. Spend the day in a great park with your buds. It'll be a blast.

**Cooking Competition**
Be prepared to heat up your chili at the park and serve it to all who're there, to be judged by a select commitee. This isn't "chili league" rules, so your chili can be just meat, meat and beans.. You can have tomatoes, peppers, and onions, whatever. Just as long as it's edible So bust out your Coleman 2 burner, and fire up your best pot of red at the park and have some fun!
AZXC will supply all serving dishes and spoons for the chili, plus napkins. There'll even be fresh cornbread. . We'll have waters too, bring your own sodapops if you'd like.

Don't forget we will accept Cash donations for Toys for Tots to give them for the Fat Tire adventure.

Ahhhh - I remember El Cid well. Cooked it myself once when we were camping not long after you cooked it at the claim - Good stuff.

Damn, we might be doing our pre-AZ run VII campout this weekend to prep the campsite.

Dam, I'll be on a boat on my way to Mexico. I know like you'd really think I was going to be there anyway! I got to get less busy with work and more busy with wheeling!

I looked up that recipe & I gotta say, that whole 'discard the jalapenos before serving' thing is kinda . Maybe if I was cooking for a bunch of women or something, but at the very least I'd set them aside for MY bowl.

I'll be there - won't be cooking chili tho, but will be there with the sprog so she can plan in the park.

Just talked to Rob, he said he will be there with the boys.

Pretty sure Victor & Rebecca will be there, he cannot log in for some reason to post up so I will do it for him.

I'll keep'em for you bud! They pretty much cook down to nothing, but are tasty. I'm going to shoot for a fairly hot chili as that is how I like it. I hope everyone likes it too. Now I just hope that I have enough time to prepare it when I get back into town.

Gotta work. Can't eat chili anyway.

Technically, I'll be at work. I'm hoping to take a long lunch so I can swing by & at least say 'Hi' to everybody.

I have to work at the offroad track until 2pm, so prolly won't show....

Change of plans - I won't be able to make this one. Have fun guys. Moving house over the next few weekends, gotta get a bunch of stuff moved tomorrow.

Prep work begins this afternoon on my chili.

I was hoping to see some more folks from the other groups, but they had other things going on. All in all a fine day to hang out with good food & great friends.

I thought it would be tough to beat El Cid.
