Thanks... The rear leaf packs are here, brake lines on the way, spacers for the front are going in soon (to fix some UCA issues), and front axles... Well... Still waiting, though Gregg at PRG will assemble the half shafts for us smile

Yep, looks like some fair articulation there. How much travel did you gain with the kit?

Ahh... About 15" at full droop, and the control arms hit the fenders at near full stuff. So probably 13-14" worth of travel right now, and spacers to be installed soon to try and prevent the uppers from hitting the fenders... Yeah I know, that's a bandaid smile Oh and measurments were taken on stock rims and tires, so they are probably a little different now since this tire is almost 4" bigger in diameter. My X only has about 9" of droop and the tires hit the finders at full stuff... So I have maybe 7-8 inches of travel.

There isn't much in this install left from the kit after the drop bracket and knuckels, everything else is Titan parts (Uppers, Lowers, and coils).

Thoug currently we are having some communication issues with PRG with statuses on parts... So this project is kinda stalled out after the rear leafs get installed this weekend. I maybe going straight to Titan parts now since axles are on a forever wait. Three sets have been fabbed, and all three were wrong, and that has left me unsure of the vendor PRG is sourcing these from. Real Titan parts would be a direct bolton for the front, rear would need shock mounts, and spring perches. But a front and rear axle (with matching gear ratios) would have to be sourced for the swap. Brakes, Master Cylinder, and a Locker are other problems to deal with too, but not imediatly. On the Lockers note... ARB has a Titan listed in thier product guide for a Locker, so rear Titan off road axles may not need to be sourced.

truck looks good , if you plan on doin a titan offroad axle , all you need is a 12v switch to activate the locker , engages and disengages as soon as u flip the switch dont have wait on the computer

if your running 3" lift radflo's with your x you only have 6" of travel on the shock itself , and u use less of that because your limited by your coil bucket , so really u have about 2-3" of travel if that
to put in perspective with a 3" lift in the rear maxed out can only fit a 10" travel shock with stock mounts and thats on a solid axle , im guessing you probably have about 6-7" travel up front on the frontier

Maybe this will help ya figure out the math... Pythagorean Theorem... Just cause the shock only allows in the Fronties case about 6" of travel does not mean that is the limit. There is alot of other geometry to take into account. Same goes for the X BTW...

Or, if you want to figure it out the easyway, know what your uptravel is and jack up the truck to find your downtravel, Measure from top most uptravel point to the bottom of your tire while jacked up... Subtract your tire... Answer... Total Wheel Travel.

And BTW... Using your method, if I have 2" to my coilbucket for downtravel and my up travel is into the fender, that is still grater than 3"... About Hum... 2" down plus about 4-5" up (the aproximite limit of my shock) that give me 6-7" of total travel.

If you think the Frontier only has 6-7" Total, it has an upstroke of 5.5" When at full droop. That is nearly your estimate before you do any of the geometry.

alright i apologize 12-13" is about right

cause modified titan swap will give you 12"

based on your formula im running 11" so your right about having 7-9" for the x as long as u dont run a swaybar in the front
