I wanted to make sure you all got this information, but it is alot to post so I'm providing the link to N4W where I put more detail.

Basically, the forest service is trying to decide how to be consistent with off road rules. They are trying to define "existing trail". And, they are talking about limiting or more of cross country OHV use between the 5 forests.

The comment period is open and closes June 13.
