If you paid last year I think they normally prorate them, but I could be wrong.

Fellow AZXC members our new club decal's will be ready friday for pick up so I will bring them to the FourPeaks clean/up so Tim will be ready to honor your orders $$$. Please bring correct change as we will not have any cash on hand at the clean-up.

Encanto Park was good last year IMO, I'm just hunting for ideas.

I think that is Kiwanis Park...if that is the one I am thinking of it is a pretty nice place to have a BBQ/picnic/Chili competetion.

Kiwanis is a great park. Fishing with a buddy there one XMAS morning when the "Razor Scooter" came out. There were literally 100 or more kids there, all with thier new scooters. We had to try and keep from laughing outloud as some/most of the little daredevils executed flawless chinplant after perfect lipskids. The next week, they were back, in helmets..

Dam i didnt think anybody saw that.

we might need permits, but those arent hard to get for a non-profit group.

well as far as i can tell we dont need any for that park.

I will set it up if that place sounds good to everyone. Usually if you want to consume alcohol, we need a permit for that.

I've got the stickers and I was planning on leaving them at home...

Of course they will be there. We have plenty of stickers for every member to buy at least 1 if not 2.
