Here are a few of the pictures I took at the Table Mesa cleanup. It ended up being a great turnout (mostly jeeps and a few FJs), and we filled 2.5 dumpsters and one garbage truck from the City of Phoenix. Special thanks goes out to Bobcat of Phoenix and the City of Phoenix for helping us clean some of the worst areas.

This area looks much better after we cleaned it up. For those of you familiar with the Table Mesa, this spot was at the wash just before the northern entrance to Lake Pleasant park.

One of the volunteers brought out his really cool Rock Crawler. This was a full size Chevy pickup. It had 18.5/44/R15 Super Swampers and a really powerful sounding engine. This thing was built well, and it could crawl very slow.

I asked the owner if he has ever gotten a wheel up, and he said that it is very difficult - the truck has to be almost tipping over before a wheel will come up.

We went and picked up Wally's skids from Scott... After that we went to the coves to see if the Fronty would be safe for the Triathalon... Ended up doing some "trial repairs" to make it worthy. I need to post the pics, but I have a busy week after work.

But... The Fronty is comming to the Triathalon though.
