As discussed in yesterdays meeting. I will setup a hosting account with GoDaddy for the site. The details of which can be found at: https://www.godaddy.com/gdshop/hosting/shared.asp

There are pros and cons with this arrangement.

Cons.
1. As I am setting it up in my employee account, if I suddenly become unemployed (Very unlikely) the site would go away very quickly.

2. As it is going to be setup in my employee account, I cannot provide the account login information for anyone else to login and setup email accounts or change any of the hosting settings.

Pros.

1. It's free.
2. If it breaks, I can get it fixed quickly
3. It comes with the same photo gallery found at: http://www.rinky.us/coppermine Just 1 click to install.
4. It's local, so it will be fast. Servers are located in Down Town Phoenix in a very large Data Center.

If this was something you wanted to pay for, rather than relying on me to remain employed at GoDaddy (I'll do my best - believe me) you could setup an account and pay under $8.00 a month if you purchase 12 months up front. For the 'Deluxe' 2GB plan. With a paid account, whomever wants to login and take charge of settings and email can do so.

So the choice boils down to:

1. Paid for $95.00 for the year. With full control by whomever is elected to do so.

2. Free in my employee account. Where I will need to set everything up.

If you go with the paid option, you could also transfer the domain name into the same account and have the domain and hosting all in the same place.

The choice is yours......
