So last week i was trying to find a local dealer near my school. So I come across Sansone Nissan. All i wanted to do was have them do a quick oil change so I would get used to having them service my car. You know figure out how they operate, where to bring the car, who to talk to. So i make an appointment, i bring the car in. Everything is fine....until it didn't budge for over an hour. All i wanted was an oil change. So i took my car and left...now they were ready to help me, but I didn't take the offer.

the worst part of the story. After I left their service department in a bad mood, i had to go to the parts department to pick up some accessories i ordered. This department was just as rude and unhelpful. I regret ever giving them my accessories business. Just be warned...they are a big dealership that doesn't care about their customer's satisfaction.
