I want to rave about Vision Nissan outside of Rochester, NY. The service department is great!
They never talk down to me, a petite female. They actually listen to me and my concerns about my truck.
When they could not provide shuttle service they gave me a loaner.
They seem to be up to date on the XTerra quirks.
I am so happy with the way the people in the service and parts departments treat me and my truck that I have treated them to lunch. I plan on doing so again. I have never been treated as a first class customer before and I am really enjoying this!
If you like your service department, let them know.
They usually only hear the complaints.
