you may be able to get a really good deal on an Xterra here..although there may be considerable water damage. The entire building is up in flames as I type..it sounds like a car in the showroom had a full tank and went up in flames..from the helicopter angle, not many cars or trucks were saved..so far no one was hurt. No "foul play" is being suspected at this time..but considering how poorly we were treated there, I honestly wouldnt be surprised...
