-said 11 days took 3 weeks.
-said my car would be done 6 or 7 different times
-broke a headlight
-installed the wrong parts
-i'm having to put the parts on
-didnt install my bumper
-i have one headlight
-i no longer have fog lights
-the paint doesnt match
-cost 3 grand more than it was supposed to
-the guys a deuce bag
-the service people cant screw in a fucking light bulb
-the dented my newly painted hood, that was also brand new
-fucked up my breaks
-and when i do get it back its worse then when i took it
-i wouldve rather used spray paint(cost less and it would of looked better)

I bought my truck there from the fleet manager and he was cool... but their service does kinda suck. They forgot to tighten my bumper back down after putting on my factory trailer hitch (bolts and nuts were on - but you could rock the bumper back and forth with your hands).

Courtesy Nissan (which happens to be Xterraparts.com) in Richardson seems to have pretty good service. They've always been good to me, anyway.

My windshield wiper broke off not because of neglect. But anyway everyoen agreed its warrenty. So as i install it i notice that the cover that goes over the screw is missing so i go over there and they say no possible way it was there we checked it. And of course they refuse to give me one. I paid in full for all parts. So i leave, im 16 what power do i have over a company full of a-holes.
