I recently took my truck in for an oil change and to check the squeak in the rear leaf springs. My appointment was for 8am and the service adviser said they would look into the TSB for the squeaking leaf spring. Well after about and hour and half the service guy tells me that the work was done and they wouldn't charge me for the oil change since I had to wait so long. He also adds that they found my rear shocks was leaking and he had ordered the parts to replace it under warranty. This is only the second time I have taken my truck to this dealer but both times have been an excellent experience. It's better than the experience I had with San Leandro Nissan trying to get my VDC and Slip light problem fixed under warranty.
