I was informed that I can install PIAA 510's in the factory housing below the grille on my 2002 XE. Is this true and if so, where can I find the needed info?

I am confused on the location you are talking about. I think you mean your front bumper. Do do that just drill 2 whole in the bumper and use the mounting bolds an nuts provided.

Yes, I do mean the openings in the front bumper under the headlights and grille.

measure the opening, if the diameter is less than 4" then no they wont fit, if its more than 4" yes they'll fit. i believe the actual size of the 510's are 3-15/16", you might have to make a custom bracket to get them to work but thats not hard.
