I drove to LA Friday and stopped in Bakersfield to get a latch assembly for my swing out tire carrier. The lift ball had fallen off and while trying to repair it I lost the latch pin as well.
I called Calmini to verify that they had the assembly and drove down Friday morning. They gave me the latch assembly with all parts included and when I asked what I owed them they said Merry Christmas. Merry Christmas Calmini. smile

that's the kind of thing that keeps people coming back...it also proves that good word-of-mouth goes way farther than any advertising campaign could ever hope to.

That IS good news.

A harbinger of good things to come, I hope.

I've still been waiting 14 months for my "warrantied replacement idler arm assembly"

I'm not saying what Calmini did wasn't nice, but it would be nice if they treated all of their cusotmers the same....

Boy, that sure was nice of them wink

Well, even the sun shines some days. Glad you got it taken care of. Rockaholic...that's completely fubar'd about your still having to wait for your idler arm. I don't think there's any excuse for that kind of wait.
