I did a quick search but nothing jumped out at me. I bought my X ('03 XE 4X4) in OK City and moved to Boulder, CO. It doesn't seem to accelerate as well as it did in Okieville, but it could just be my imagination. Do I need to adjust my fuel/air mixture, or just start looking for deals on exhausts and air intakes?

Cyclemut, at Tynan's Nissan adjusted the timing from 10 to 12 degrees I think.

There's a lot less air up here, so you'll have to get used to the lack of performance. Head up I-70 to the Eisenhower tunnel, when you get back it will feel peppy. laugh

No joke about the Eisenhower tunnel. I thought my truck was suffocating. Guess I'll head to Tynan's later this week. Heading up[ to Mt. Lincoln tomorrow, should be a good time.

I hope you're not driving up Mt. Lincoln, it's been closed for a couple years.

A friend of mine is guiding me, we're meeting in Georgetown. I really don't know the area too well, but there's plenty around if our intended trails are closed. I'll bring the book (guide to CO 4WD trails). Thanks for the heads up. [ThumbsUp]

Mt Bross is right next to Lincoln, it's open, and looks just like it. Plus it has some 1400 year old Bristlecone Pines on it.

I have the same problem here. When I get close to sea level though and in cooler temps the X almost feels like a sports car! I said "almost!" [LOL]
