So we did the Caribou Trail last night, and on the "washboard" stretches of the trail, a very obvious rattling noise kept happening while moving straight ahead.
Everything I looked at seemed sound. Is there something I should look for?
Thanks. Brad

There are probably rocks or pebbles inside your lower "A" frame or control arms (whatever they're called). Just fish them out with a coat hanger or something.
I stopped rocks from getting in mine by buying 1-1/2" rubber freeze plugs and inserting them in the large hole on the bottom of the arm. Water can still drain out through the small holes. The 1-1/2" hole is only there to get to the nut that holds the lower rubber bumper on.

Could also be the bumper banging against the fender.

It could also be a stud or nut from your hub rattling around inside your center hub cover.
Just a thought, it happened to me.

Was out last night again, and the rattling seems to be the hubs.
I will investigate as soon as I can find some shade!!
Thanks!
