Does the Xterra need a lift if I were to install a BF Goodrich All Terrain 31x10.5x15 on the stock
Nissan Xterra SE 2000 15" Rim?

After doing a few searches, I know people have installed this specific tire and size on the stock rim with a bit of trimming.

When making a full U-turn, does the tire rub against anything within the wheel well?

Any help is greatly appreciated... frown

You do not need a lift. 31" require minor trimming, few needed no trimming at all.

32", better get familiar with the Dremel cause you'll be using it a lot.

33" and up you definitely need a lift.

I have 31"-10.5r15 BFG AT KO and I only trimmed a little bit. I have no rubbing issues even when making a full u-turn. I have no lift either.

It took me about 10 minutes to trim both sides with a small hand saw.

honestly if they are not going to use the search function do you think they will check the FAQ's section? I think not. Oh well at least we know the answer to this question.
