OK I've got 35K on my X, I see one of my front shocks seems to be leaking. Once thier leaking thier bascially toast right? I mean it seems fine around town at 40mph or below. But get on the freeway doing 65 plus I hit bad spot it's like rattle fest on the front end, and the steering wheel as well. Dealer already looked at once but damn I can see myself the shock is leaking. Your comments/suggestions most welcomed.

At 35K, if there's any question you may as well go ahead and invest in some quality shocks anyway. A leak is certainly not a good sign.

The 02 shocks suck. I had the dealer replace 2 rear shocks within a month. It was obvious they leaked because a nice yellow-green puddle was under the X. They replaced them free of charge. I think that a front shock is blown now but I don't care. Hopefully my lift will be installed in a few weeks along with the Calmini shocks.
