I just need a quick yes or no on this one. Will a 2000-2001 rear leafspring pack fit a 2002-2004 X? I know one is 3 over a load and the other 2 over a load. I just need to know if it will fit.

I'm not sure completely, but when you purchase a new spring pack from an aftermarket man. they list all years fitting, 00-02 in the case of the site I looked at 02-04 are no different, the only difference with the 00-01 spring pack was that it had 3 leafs and they were thinner than the 02-04 two leaf pack but they are thicker. I would assume they would fit.
