No, as usual, they screwed up the lift calculations.
It will give you 1.5" of rear lift...
The UCA will provide no lift whatever, but, will allow you to get a decent ALIGNMENT if you crank the t-bars enough to give yourself a full 3" up front.
If you ADD a set of 3-Pack AAL's to the shackles, that will add the missing 1.5" of rear lift you want....so THEN you'd be able to get a full 3" of lift.
Of course, you'll also need a steering reinforcement set up (NOT a stabilizer though...), as an idler arm brace, while worthwhile, isn't really enough.
You'll also need longer front sway bar links to the LCA's.
And you'll want shocks to have some wheel travel.
