I've got a PC issue that I'm trying to diagnose. When I turn the computer on, all the fans on the motherboard, the light and everything else seems to turn on, but it doesn't sound like the computer really turns on if you know what I mean. I don't get a BIOS screen or anything at all on the screen. I checked and the hard drive works fine another computer. What is most likely the problem?
