Has anyone done a BL on a 2005 X or know of anyone who has? I don't have any experience with BL's so I don't know how model year specific they are.

I would prefer a SL, but that's a ways off. I think I can maybe run 33's with a 2"BL.

I have an email in to AC, but no response yet.

Thanks

I think the '05's can run 33's stock.

Since you can run 33" tires stock, wait for the Calimini 5" monster suspension lift. It wont be long........

I would be really, really suprised if you could stuff 33s under the 05 fenders without any trimming. I'm guessing you could get 31's in fine and maybe 32's with a little rubbing. If someone gets them in and has no problem, please post some pics and let me know.

Let me be the one to really really surprise you.

285/75R16 which is a 32.83" under my 05 right now. Even the spare fits! (with no trailer hitch)

As for rubbing, poke around this forum and you will see where my front tires slightly rub under mid steer, but as for stuffing in the wheel wells, no problems. Perhaps when you disconnect the rear sway bar, which I haven't needed to yet and will once the lift is here you may get some slight rubbage... but I would say 33s fit nicely.

The 05 comes with a 32" equivilant, so 33" is only one size up. The other 05 at Gone had swapped to 33s I believe as well.

Fantastic - I have the S with the 30.4 diameter P265/70R16's. I'll have to make an upgrade to 33"s seeing as the OR stock tire is so close in size.
