also 5.5% on the financing.

That's less than I paid for my 2000 when it was new, more than 5 years ago.

It'll be interesting to see what the incentives are for next month...watch the incentives go to 3k i'll shoot myself....lol

Well, wish my incentive was $2k I only got $1k. I did have a few other good incentives!
1) The Exploder was about to explode.
2) X gets much better milage.
3) X is one great rig!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

good deal on the 5.5 loan. you could wait 'till loans are 6.5 percent and get another thousand from nissan...maybe (maybe/maybe not). Don't know what a point over 5 years would cost, but forget about all that. If you can afford it due to the discount, you are money ahead and driving now. shoot..it's already an '05 so it will have to depreciate sometime. before u know it, '07's will be out.

I just bought a 2005 Red Brawn in SE with the following:

I paid 24,500 + 5% financing and I got $12,000 trade in on my 2002 XE. My payment for the new X is $7 more than my old payment. Not sure if it's a great deal, but I like the fact I have a new X for $7 more a month than what I was paying on the old one for.

I just picked up my 05 Silver Off-Road 6 speed. I'm gonna miss my 2000 X but I think this will help, a lot. I think Nissan did a great job with the new design. Now if I can just figure out how to keep my dog from sliding around in the back. I read a post with a few ideas but no feedback as to if any of them function well.
