Yea, I don't blame you for thinking that X-treme, but that std(with chains) ball hitch, was for towing on the Freeway 500 miles home, to Northern California--

The problem with that trailer for off-road use is that it uses a standard hitch ball coupler. For proper off-road use, a trailer needs to use a pintle hook and lunette eye coupler. If you look at military trailers they all use that coupling system because it has more lateral movement than a ball coupler.
Other than that, that is a beautiful trailer. How much?
--The trailer was designed for "OFF-ROAD" and has been on the last 4/5 MOAB runs (although behind JEEPS)--
--With the (off-road) package, the trailer comes supplied with BOTH std (ball), coupling and full PINTLE/LUNETTE RING hook-up, which is what I have, It'll follow me anywhere ,(wish some blonds would)!!!
