I took my X off roading for the first time last weekend. I had a blast. I went down to the Sand Pit in Elizabeth City, NC with some of the other guys from the VA Beach club (VBXC) and had fun. I did get stuck about 4 times but it was all good. I loved it. I was surprised as to how well I did out there. I tried to post some pics but for some reason I can't get them to show up. I keep getting those stupid little red X's. Can some one post them for me. I'll e-mail them to you if needed. I still don't know how to get them up. I have tried to post some from webshots and that don't work.

Forgot to say that I did tread lightly!!

No. The other guys that I went out there with were Daryl, Josh, and Rusty.

so you know, some web hosts, such as webshots or MSN wont let you link the photos to a site like this. you have to use a host such as http://goonse.cx/ from there you can link a photo directly.

good luck! i used to have the same issue.

Yeah, the General Crappers are for road use only. They suck ass wheelin.... Try it and you will understand...although, I never had the misfortune of having to wheel with them...just wheeled with people that had them.

A lot of the people on this board (including me) run BFG AT KO's. Great offroad tire, not too loud on road, and great tread life. Do some research on tire rack.com Check my profile for a pic of them.

I was fortunate enough to have BFG Long Trail T/As, but they were half gone and had about as much traction as a wrestling shoe on ice. I now run 31" ProComp Mud Terrains, and can't seem to get stuck. If you don't mind the road noise and you plan on going off road more, I HIGHLY recommend getting a set of mud terrains. The AT just isn't aggressive enough for me, and the tread gets clogged with muck alot faster and easier than mud terrains.

OROZCO,

Im running 31x10.50 AT KO's and no issues. Personally i would go with MT's road noise is negligable with the AT's and not bad at all with the MT's. Well let you know when we get together and you can see my truck and Ivan's with MT's. For looks MT's. For good off roading MT's. For the best of all worlds AT's. Just buy them at the PX though, no tax!!!!

MTs are a waste of money on a 2WD.. you'll just tear up the trails. ATs or Street Tires are the only things that belong on them.
