Finally got it home today. The roof rack will be done and added next week. I'll be working to get some paint on this in the next few days. All tubing is 1.75" .120 wall DOM, except for the cowl bar and the two reinforcements on the roof - that's 1.5". It should hold up a little better the next time I flop it.
Sliders had to be extended a bit for a solid mounting point, and to still be able to open the door. There's at least 6 different bends in that piece of tube in front of the door.

4cyl with low gearing and a full cage. Yea your going to be a little slow. :p Looks great. Your not going to gusset the cage? Either way it looks nice. It looks like you could do a rear mounted winch.
Does the bar in front of the windshield get in the way of the winshield washer nozzles?
I'm assuming the roof rack is going over the cab, but I noticed the cap for the bed isn't competely covered. Did you leave the rear open so you can take the cap off, or is it that you are just not worried about that part of the truck?

I wanted it to still look right if I ever did take off the cap. In a roll, the cap will be a casualty. The cage just needs to protect the cab.
Windshield washer nozzles....yeah...there's a thought. That tube is really in the only place it can be though.
As far as gussetting. It's pretty solid. It'll twist up in a violent wreck some, but it should take a gentle flop with ease, which is the most likely scenario I'll be in.
