I have been running my SAS for the last six months, and have periodically noticed noise from the front end. I usually notice it when I am backing up and put it back into drive, the noise is a light "pop" and thats it. Anyone know what it could be that making the noise?

Have you re-torqued everything lately? Could be crossmember bolts.

Yeah, I check the bolts on a regular basis.

I don't have this issue. Can you get someone to shift from rev to drive while you are on the outside /under the truck?

Well I checked all the bolts etc, and everything seems fine. However I sprayed some new grease into the long arm brackets, and the noise hasn't come back since....

Although it didn't happen all that often anyway.... Weird....
