I guess I'm finally gonna do it.. I talked about it on here once before but didn't follow through. I'm going to go ahead and trade my 2000 X in on a newer model.

I no longer have the stock bumper. I've got an ARB Bullbar. I don't think it's going to significantly impact my trade in value with 130,000 miles on the truck.

If anyone wants the ARB, here's what I need:

- a stock bumper to replace it
- you need to do the swapping, I'll help tho
- a reasonable enough $$$ offer to make it all worth my time

GR8 deal for someone... I wish I had a stock front for him... then could hold on his ARB for somebody that needs it after this weekend!

I hate to just give it to the dealer, but I don't think they'd much like my truck with no bumper...

will an 02 bumper fit a 00? if so may be interested.

Yeah.. I should have kept hold of my stock bumper... I think it ended up in the trash when Surfingteacher moved.

Nope they redesigned it for the 02 model.

even though with redesign, thought 02 bumper might bolt on with 00. i could be wrong and according to the wife i'm wrong all the time. so really don't know.

It might bolt on but the lines won't match at all and it would look like ass.

I had the bolts sheer on impact with my ARB a while back.. my fault, really - I didn't use grade 8 bolts.. anyway, when I got everything fixed up and re-attached the bumper, I had the shop put a few tack welds on the bumper that will need to be ground off when we swap it out.

If it wasn't for those welds, I'd say "lets try it with the 02".. but given that most people are pretty sure the fit isn't right and will look bad, I just assume not break those welds to find out for sure.
