We are gonna hold a Fish Fry in DFW on May 1, 2004. It is BYOB, but the club is gonna supply the catfish, cole slaw, hushpuppies and all.

Please email/reply if you are gonna attend. We need to know how much fishy to buy.

I never said I was confirmed. I can't do that until I know a time. It might be Me and William, I think Cindy's got the girl scout troop over that day for some stuff. As usual we have a soccer game that day, so until I know if there is going to ebe a conflict I can confirm.

Currently we are going to hold it at Jason Gr.'s in Richardson. (At least he is looking into the possibility of doing so.) If something happens, it will be at my place in Frisco.

My roomate is cool with that. I need to pound the date into his head. He will probably end up doing the coocking for us as well.

I really don't know where the nearest hotel is, I've never actually looked for one. What kind are you looking for? I know there is an Embassy Suites not 5 miles away. There should be others right around. I'll take a look. If you wanna do an internet search, we are just north of 635 right off of 75.

It starts about 4 so as long as I don't have to pick up my uncle from the airport I may try to show up early.

We can either hang it in the back, or hang it over the driveway and open up the garage. We'll work something out.

Or, just require each person to do a few shots immediately upon arriving... then we won't mind the rain.

I peeled myself away from my beer for a minute to check how things are.

Looks like we are good to go. Got some yard work done today to make the house look all pretty. Roomates girlfriend got some cleaning done today. Only thing we might need are some deserts. So if anybody's got a favorite recipe, or would like to pick some sweets up, bring it on.

I think the Fish Fry was a great success. All that showed seemmed to have a great time. My only question, we are getting asked to have more 2wd friendly events....where the hell were all the 2wd? I don't think we had one show up.

Speaking of your job... I went to a audio/car show up in Frisco this weekend, and they had the 'Texas Scion Club' in attendance doin the sound competitions. Anyone you know?

Oh yeah, I got the sponsor of the event to donate banners and stuff for our upcomming meeting.

LOL... there were a few people I know out there... I wanted to go, but had to work, as usual... how was the team? Hopefully they put on a good show... I should be getting mine back tomorrow... I'll post up some pics...
