Did anybody copy the info for the X-mas party?

In any case, the party will be on 12-9-2006 at SLR. This will be a potluck.

We will have a best decorated Xterra contest, and the prize will be... well we don't know yet, maybe just a special title or nickname.

Any ideas on a time preference?

I would be in favor of an early afternoon type of thing. Say, 12:00 or 1:00. Not in favor of an evening (dark) thing.

I agree with Dan, mid day works well.

2. Frank & Heather - antipasto plate
3. Dan (AVXterrra) - some sort of cooked animal, probably on a stick.
4. Spencer - something Chinese
5. Jason (WolfmanX) - some sort of stew?

yes it's open to every one, in fact it would be a great opportunity for new people to meet existing club members and not have to worry about a run being brian stock friendly or actual stock friendly
