They're black and no longer appear as links once they've been used. (they can still be used, just look the same as other text)
Is there a way to change the color?
Is it just my browser?

I have the same problem too. After you click the link it looks just like the regular text.

Here too. I believe they go black even if I've already read the thread at some other time (without clicking on it at that moment). Weird.

Oddly enough I now see a difference, red for non-clicked, beige or pale green for clicked...
Edit: Well there ya go...

yeah, but now it shows a new color for a followed link, even if there's been 10 more people add to the thread since you read it. to me, if someone's added to the thread since you looked it, it should show up the color for an unread link.

Blame your browser, not the site. The link hasn't changed, so your browser displays it in the visited link color. The link color was less of an issue for posts, since the new post indicator exists than it was for links within the posts, that you might not have been able to tell were hyperlinks without mousing over. The change works perfect, and corrects the previous problem.
