I've only found two types of glass cleaner that ever really worked without leaving residue or streaking the first time. Johnson & Johnson's Glass Wax and the General Motors brand glass cleaner part# 1050427. The Glass Wax is really really good, but a lot of work to use. Just like waxing a car, rub on with sponge, let dry, and then buff. The GM stuff comes in an aresol style can, foams when you spray it, and comes off with a towel, paper or otherwise. Works very well and is only a few bucks at any GM dealer. We sell a ton of it to people that use it in their homes too.
Just a couple more ideas.
