Ah, cool. How long do you let that sit before you buff it in?

You wait till you can carve your initials into the dust, or sit things "IN" it to keep them steady while off-roading.

Boyd -

Usually the same product that works on 'hard' plastic also works on 'soft' vinyl plastic. Which ever product you choose, don't over do it. Most of these products will vaporize in a closed/hot vehicle and leave a film on the inside of your windows.

dave and xtoy - they got lost on the way to voy

Sorry Boyd! Was just following the thread.

To keep it clean, use some nice clean damp towels.

I don't ever recomend any "Armor All" type products.

Yeah. I've heard bad things about the Armor All. What's a good alternative?

Putting nothing on it at all. At least thats what I do. If you own a sunvisor type of device, put that up when you park for extended periods of time in direct sunlight. I will not put any chemicals on my interior.

I generally use a touch of windex to cut the dirt and then water after the windex to get most of the chemicals off of it. I have done this for years and have had no problems

Pledge or whatever grab it towels, they contain nothing harmful except for like static electricity that magically absorbs the dust.

Griffin, you've had good luck with non-Armor All protectants? How frequently do you have to reapply?

Endust works real good too! Just spray it on the towel then wipe your dash. Done!

I use the ol Nu-Vinyl on the dash and the rubber trim around the doors. Works for me.
