I bought my Xterra used, and the person before me had the two sided tape on the outside molding for a wind visor of some sort, well anyways, I have left over two sided tape on my molding that won't come off. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

Try goo gone! Orange stuff, works great on stuff like that.

good old peanut butter or goof off. lighter fluid or gasoline will work, but wash it off right after

Rubbing alcohol will take it off also, no problem. And it'll prep the area if you want to put wind deflectors on yourself laugh

The old tape isn't sticky anymore, do you think that the goo be gone will still take it off? It's gotten pretty hard by now. Thanks for the replies!

Try WD-40. It often will remove glue residue.
