That kid put him in an awkward position, perhaps unintentionally, but it's ridiculous for anyone to think he'd hand over his necklace for keeps.
Reminds me of that Seinfeld episode where Kramer had to get the Baseball player to shoot 2 home runs to get his signed Birthday card for Steinbrenner back.
If Timmmaaah thinks he was to get 75k worth of bling it is time for the doctors to up the dosage.
