Pictures of Logan’s memorial run in Death Valley National Park as we journeyed from Ballarat through Goler Wash and over Mengel Pass into Butte valley where we stayed at the Geologist's cabin that was one of favorite places.
The night before thunderstorms rolled through a dumped a bunch of rain in a short period so there was some water and muddin' to be found outside Ballarat. The 1st day was partly clouding with some drizzle until we reached the striped butte, then suddenly like a message or something the skies began to clear a bit and we were treated to some rainbows amd views. Later that night the sky was just spectacular with stars followed by a crystal clear near prefect day.
At the cabin in the morning we put some flowers, pictures out, and wrote a few words for Logan at the Cabin. Driving out I couldn’t help think we would have really enjoyed this trip, I know I did every minute of it. Thanks for everybody that participated for honoring a friend.

Looks like a grest trip. It's always fun to throw some mud around.
I nominate this picture for X of the Week. That is a great picture IMHO.
Can I get an AMEN?
AMEN!!! I too nominate this one! Maybe consider X Of the Year pic award?!??!?[/b]
I agree, I don't think there's any better tribute that you can have then to show that he is remembered not only by those directly close to him, but those thousands of miles away indirectly connected with him and his love of the X.
Very nice! Wish there was terrain like that where I live heh, Florida just has mud I also wish there was an actual Xterra group in Florida too, ive tried to do some research and I cant find anything
