Most reconditioned wheels are bent, damaged, or salvage. For a bent wheel that the seller has reworked (reconditioned) has been heated to straighten it. Most reconditioned wheels are repainted and sent back out into the market. So it is up to the individual whether or not they want to head this direction. I had a bent rim on an Eagle Talon that I could no longer order so I sent it to a place in Indianapolis and for $150 bucks they straightened and painted it, good as new.
For the money, I would stay away from OEM wheels. Your other wheels are used, why spend the extra money for an overpriced rim. Ebay could be your best friend. There are a number of single wheels up for bid at any given time.
