you can install the ps2 vertically so it really isnt a space issue tatsuofag. my friend just got a ps2 installed in his mustang. he has the ps2 in the trunk, & the controller ports are in the center console along with a power switch. I'm sure u can find plenty of places to install the ps2 vertically.

That's true, I'm sure you can find plenty of places to mount the ps2 but in yxterra's case he would need the unit mounted up close so he could easily change discs. Having it mounted in the trunk wouldn't be of much help if he wanted to use it for its dvd playback and needed to change movies while driving. One place I can think of that you can mount the ps2 is in the glove compartment. At least the front passenger will be able to change discs.

maybe u can take out the center console & get some kind of custom work done to fit the ps2 vertically inside possibly.

I was thinking about the glove box too. But I sort of think the space might not be enough. I think it might work better on the right side of the center console. The passenger would still have enough leg room and I would be able to reach it while driving. I don't guess I would have to use the PS2 for everything but it would be cheaper. If I put a TV in one din and a CD/Tape combo in the second din that way I wouldn't have to use the PS2 for CD's but if I was parked I could use it for DVD's and games.

I think building a new console would be too much work for me to do just to enjoy the TV. Although you are not the first person to mention that to me, it's still a possibility.

I know you can install it vertically, you fucking idiot. I never said it was impossible, I just said it was difficult.

As lil' pino was kind enough to mention to your illiterate ass, yxterra wanted something up close, and I said it would be difficult to mount up close where you can reach it from the driver's seat. Impossible? No. Difficult? Yes. Especially without spending a significant amount of dough, whether it's vertical, horizontal, diagonal, or up your ass.

Sigh.. Why did you have to call him a "fucking idiot"? He merely mis-understood the question, which was not exactly worded very well anyways..

Hey bobby, go defend a poor innocent person in some other thread. I'm trying to find out what I should do about a TV in my X. Take your beef somewhere else!

Good God man, you called him a "fag," what did you expect? If you're gonna dish it out, you better expect some return. Grow up.

Presto, I think there was one girl that had one on the ceiling. I don't remember who it was.

Sorry I couldn't help more.

Angel, you could put one in the dash and one on the ceiling. That would work if you don't have a sunroof in the way.
cool

Sigh.. Only on the internet.

I get flamed for questioning the need to call someone a "fucking idiot", instead of them flaming the person calling people "fucking idiots"..

Look bobby, I was posting what I thought was useful information and then he comes along with "tatsuofag" and then proceeds to try to put words in my mouth. I don't take that shit. It's as simple as that..

How would you like if I said, "Look here, bobbyfag."? Thought so..

Don't worry about not having a sunroof, mine isn't that special. However, this gives you an advantage. You can place the second TV where ever you like on the roof now. All you would have to work around would be the overhead light and that's no problem. You could really make a sweet setup.

Check out this professional setup, this was posted a while back, I wasn't sure if you had stumbled on it yet.
