have a question

i have a cb that says it has a power input of 13.8

then i got a 12DC for my cigarett lighter in my car so i dont have to put it to a fuse

i was just want to know know if my converter that says it rated for 10 amp can hold my cb of a 13.8 VDC power imput

oh and what do i need to have this antenna work..can i tune it or do i just plug it in
antenna

Your CB will run on 12 v from your truck. I WOULD use a fuse though, its cheap insurance against a surge blowing the CB.

You wont need the converter for the CB.

Yes, tune it or have it tuned. All antennas should be tuned to the CB they are plugged into.
