Someone must have opened the "SoBig" virus on their computer that belongs to this group. I'm getting an email with it about every 20 minutes for the last few hours. Maybe it's not this group but it's someone that has a "pacbell.net" listed in their address book since it chooses a return address randomly. Isn't that one of your address' Lee? Maybe not. If you don't have an anti-virus program running on your machine you're playing with fire, you'll get a virus eventually. Get an anti-virus NOW or pay the consequences later. Trust me, I speak from experience (I just received it again while writing this)

11 more this morning. Lot's of AOL addy's (duh). If the rest of the club isn't getting them constantly then it must be from another message board that picked up my address. I don't recognize any of the addresses since I can't blame Lee any more

I haven't recognized even one of the return emails, yeah I know they're masked but you'd think I would see at least one.

It's pretty wierd. I don't get them at my work email, but Jeremy gets them faster than he can delete them. I would say he's easily gotten over 200 of them today. As he deletes them, more pop in.
It's actually kind of funny (because it's not me!)
The guy sitting next to me also is getting them this fast.

It's all over the place where I work... traffic from it and Welchia brought down our network for about an hour yesterday.. someone had brought Welchia in on a laptop, so our local subnet was getting hammered, and sobig was nailing the exchange server from the outside just as hard.
Headaches abound.
What sucks is, it's hard to filter it without filtering important stuff in a business environment. You just have to keep running NAV and eyeballing the incoming/outgoing queues.

Apparently, I underestimated his emails.
I just looked at Jeremy's deleted box and he has over 2300 of those virus emails!!
