i only said Bourbon v. tequilla because in the past when i've camped with Lee he always brought a bottle of Tequilla(or two) and lately I've made a habit of bringing the knob creek...

yeah its a scary proposition... maybe "mini" shots... laugh

What time will you guys be rolling into the Benson area? We can try and meet you there at the exit that turns off to the Sierra Vista area, I think it's exit 306 or something. They have a Mc Donalds, Taco Bell and gas stations at this exit.
Let us know so that we can make plans to meet up on Saturday.

The plan is to depart South Phoenix at 8am- That should put them in Benson about 11 (extra time for late departure laugh )
If you're talking about the exit for 90 south, it's exit 302

That's good you kinda know the area so it should be easier to find you.

FRS channel 14-0 just to make sure and we could exchange cell phone numbers as well.

I'll be in Tombstone Saturday morning, so I'll try to catch on to you guys there about 11-12. If we miss each other just proceed to the campground.

It's south of town and then go East on 80. Double Adobe is on the south side of the road.

Speaking of Tombstone, have any of you guys been to the site where they filmed the movie? It was filmed in Mescal, not too far from Benson. They give tours of the property, it costs $8 per person. Here's a link if anyone's interested.

Yeah- We went there for a day not too long ago.

Very cool place. There are THOUSANDS of movies that we've all seen that were shot there!

Hey Todrick, just let me know if you still need a ride to Bisbee. I will be leaving Sat. A.M. I'm in Tempe, so Chandler is not out of the way for me. I'll drive, you can help with gas. (for the Xterra laugh )

Well I am sure we will still have a ball. Looks like the silver fox and marshall are chickenin out. I think it was the mention of the checkers marshall went down pretty hard last time we played. And the Fox well we all know he can't hang anymore. Something about being in the twilight of life.

Thanks Lee- that's what I was thinking.

They probably won't let us on the trolley or take the mine tours though [Crybaby]

i could possibly be persuaded to watch the dogs if you all want to do the mine tours...

a tour of a mine holds very little interest for me... I have definately seen my fair share of mines and enjoy exploring abandoned ones on my own far more that preserved ones on guided tours

Hey, Ivan, at the condos in GOX I couldn't lose at that dern checker game. But at the KOA....sheesh. [Too much XOC]

I'll be assisting the forest service on a noble cause this Saturday, and have seen the town of Bisbee a few times. I would like to see all those Tejas peoples and deflate Ivans air mattress though.

Since you will be performing such a noble duty, maybe we can carry on in your place for such a cause as the deflation of Ivan's mattress.
