We ran into some snow, nothing fresh or falling. Had a beautiful day for wheeling - not too hot, not too cold. Water wasn't high at all at the crossings either.

Took a difficult line, just a slight amount of wheel spin (no more than Randy) and *SNAP*! No more front diff.

Oh... Chris (Wally's Co-Pilot) took a lot of really great pics for all of us. Even one shot just befor DBAX's miss-hap. I just got them onto the laptop and am resizing them all now. So at my normal pace ... By tomorrow I should have a couple hundred pics online for everyone.
I don't know what dealer DBAX is going to pick a fight with, but I'll gladly stand up on his behalf. He did nothing different than me, same lines, same tires, same wheel spin... And well we all know what happened. Just make me wonder when I'm next. And I'll be getting my rig in for the overheating hear real soon... Easy to reproduce on the trail, but I've never been able to on pavement.
Great trip... Hope we didn't scare off the new guys
-MadManXwould love to see pics have a couple to add too. and il be around for a good long while i think, even with helping someone with a flat till 12am

Photos I'll try and start a new thread tonight with the highlight photos... I barely got them all resized and rotated upright As always... Originals are avalible and are 8x10 quality (with no distortion), PM me and we will work something out since each image is about 3MB each. (for those of you that want to get some physical pics from walgreens, walmart, costco, where ever). -MadManX

Thnx for the awsome pics! It was a blast. Funny story: Was on the way home today and I saw a blaser on the side of an unstable hill. It didn't look right so I turned around to see if they needed help. Shure enough as soon as I pull up the two barely legal drivers ask for a strap. In the role they grounded a wire and burnt the wiring harness. So I towed them out and home, about a mile a way. It was a nice blaser sitting on 37's. The toy towed it without a wimper. They were OK but not looking forward to going home. I wish going home was always that fun!

On Monday, I went out wheeling in a Tomcar. One of the guys (not sure how to say his name, but it sounds like Haim, like the word "life" in hebrew) anyway.... He drove an offroad X and said that he saw a group of X's up at Crown King on saturday.
He works for Tomcar, so he doesn't wheel the X and I gotta say that those Tomcars are AWESOME!
You can do bumpy, rocky trails at 30mph and be bounced around less that an SUV at 5mph.
On a side note- I went to the river crossing at Table mesa (where it meets up with Lake pleasant) and was AMAZED at how wide the river is!

Hey I just posed the pics (and yeah too lazy to get them on the board)... Chris took them.
Be sure to pass thanks to him... He was out chasing us down trying to get good shots. I think for his second time with my camera he did a pretty good job.

Better late than never I guess. I only got a few worthwhile shots. Mikhail risking life & limb to snap a shot. A sad little cactus in the snow.
