I love my Shrock Sliders...they kick ass! In the pics section here, a guy with the same sliders was torpedoed by a kamakaze lane shifter...and the slider protected the entire flank of the X...the other car hit the X's flank, and went under the frame, picking the X up onto two wheels...and the impact had sheared off one front wheel entirely. No damage where he was Shrocked!

How far do those extend up and out from the side of the X? It's hard to tell in the photos. Also are they lagre enough diameter to stand on the reach the top for gear?
The one thing that is clearly stated is how tough they are, no questions there!

Not to hijack your thread but...I just finished installing a set of Shrockworks sliders on my X and am more than pleased with them. The sliders look sick as hell, are extremely well made. My hat goes off to Jim for making an awesome product.

They are big enough to stand on but mainly I use em to jump up on the tire more foot room.
I have beat the hell out of mine this year and they are a truely awesome product and if you need they are easy to use with a hi lift.

Noticed there are no pics showing the distance/spacing from the sliders to the rockers...

Just received my sliders on Friday! They look great. Thanks for a great product Jim! The factory matching steel gray powdercoat looks awesome...matches the trim perfectly.

I put on the Sliders on Saturday... Looking forward to putting them to use on Saturday at the Tierra del Sol run. I have to say I have many friends that work metal and build cars and they are all equally impressed as I am...
One comment is that the frame will bend before the sliders do.
Nice job.
I can not wait for the front bumper and I will be sure to recommend your products without any hesitation.
Once again thank you for the great craftsmanship. It is always a pleasure to support anyone that does high quality work.

I love my bumper and sliders! Now if I could get Jim to build me some skidplates and a rear bumper (Jim, I have some cool ideers about a rear bumper) We'd be golden.

I've had my sliders from Jim for about a month now and they've been awesome! The installation instructions were well written and it only took me an hour to install them (by myself with a bottle jack). I definitely recommend a step bit as it makes the drilling the holes a breeze.
Again, kudos to Jim for making a great product! I can't wait to pick up some of his other items as well. My only recommendation to possibly improve his sliders is to ship them separately. I had some issues with Fed Ex and their delivery.

I just installed a set of the shrockworks sliders and craftsmanship is awsome. I also wanted to add that there was some problems w/ the shipping (fedex's fault) and the shrockworks customer service was great.
