If one of the engineers on the boards wants to chime in, maybe they can answer this better...but remember that the swaybar anchors to a part of the A-arm much closer to the pivot (where it bolts to the frame) than the wheels do. The lift kits allow you to run a higher angle on the A-arms, so the new distance from the lower a-arm to the swaybar in its nominal position would be increased, in an ammount proportionate to, but not equal to, the amount of total lift you have.
Here's a (bad) diagram that may help. The straight red line from the lower a-arm to the swaybar is where the endlink would be.
