I just installed new Bilstein's and I am hearing creeking and/or banging on acceleration from a stop, especially when I accelerate on a turns from a stop. Are they just settling in? Or is it possible I did something wrong? Has anyone else heard a similar sound with their Bilsteins.

I checked the rear shocks and there are no marks from the sway bar (which unexpectedly fit easy with the Bil's)

You have the calmini rear disconnects for the sway bar? I heard popping noises from mine when I had those.

Thanks Paul- No I just reinstalled the original sway bar with the factory connects. I was surprised b/c people were saying that the sway would not fit!! Mine had no problem going back on. I am going to readjust the bushing placements, hoping that works.

no the sway bar will fit fine, but if you flex your suspension your sway bar will hit the pass shock.

Mine fit fine even when flexed, I think you just have to have a certain model shocks. I even have a 3" lift and still no touching.
