trailer hitch help

Hey everyone, I've been searching for a trailer hitch receiver and I have some questions. I found some on Ebay for around $100 (or close to it), but when I go to other websites, they are around $224 (or higher). I also know that they have different class hitches and they are the same. I know Ebay is cheap, but $100 cheaper??? here's a link http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/05-NISSAN...1QQcmdZViewItem

I have the OEM Nissan hitch for sale, brand new still in box since I had mine recalled and I now have a rear tire carrier.
See here: http://www.xterraownersclub.com/ubb/ultimatebb.php?ubb=get_topic;f=25;t=004439
Make me a reasonable offer knowing what that hitch goes for new... I'm asking $250 plus shipping but I can probably cover the shipping if its not insane. Let me know.

I looked at Hidden Hitch, Nissan OEM, and DrawTie for my '05. I went with the Nissan OEM as in my opinion looked the nicest and I got it for $260 from the dealer.
You can get the HH and DT cheaper and installed, but the HH dealer was even steering me towards the OEM if I wanted the nicer looking hitch.
I installed it myself, it took about 30mins and was no big deal.... I'm only using it for Bike Rack, and I haven't towed anything yet...

The upside to the OEM unit is mine included the wiring harness and relays, and has the built-in step plate (some aftermarket ones don't). When comparing OEM to aftermarket, add in the cost of the harness too to the aftermarket ones. That puts the figures much closer.
While I did buy OEM this time, I didn't on my 2000 Nissan. I bought a Sure-Pull hitch from Ebay, $100 DELIVERED. It was a Class III, and I used it very frequently in the 4 years I owned the truck. Frankly, a hitch is low tech. Even the OEM one had problems with the welds, so can't say OEM has to be better!

I deceided to go the Ebay route and get the one that was $120, hiddenhitch one. I'm not going to be hauling anything close to being over 5,000 lbs, so I think I'm ready to go. I think I just need to get the lighting cable. I'm just trying to remember if some of the wiring is already there??? Anyone know??
thanks

run a search on hitch, and you will find good info on the wire harness. IN the end, save yourself the time, and just get the Nissan OEM harness, because it comes with the plug bracket, and the required relays. The post will show you all the details plug is about $55-60

I did get in my Curt from ebay, $130 shipped, check my post on the harness install. Im happy with it so far. I havent pulled anything, but the wiring is all good and the hitch bolted up just fine. Does not come with the step pad...but i would never use it anyways...especially when you have the whole bumper to step on if needed. Dont hesitate...ordred over weekend, got it shipped to me in 3 days
