Replaced original fuel pump (2002 X - 3.3 liter, SC) and found that the pump was not the problem (it was a corroded connection outside the tank - subject of a Nissan recall I wasn't aware of at the time - you snooze you lose I guess). Because I couldn't return the new pump I just left it in place - but the original works just fine and with only 45k miles it I'm sure it's good for many more. NAPA lists 5 or 6 different fuel pump options ranging from $104.00 - $422.00. If memory serves me correctly the one they can actually get is in the neighborhood of $200.00.

If no one is interested I'll ebay it in a week or so.
