if im replacing my shocks while doing a pml, do i need extended ones?

You don't, but I suggest the Bilsteins for 3" lift, you'll be able to get more articulation.

Hi I want to do a PML on my 02 X. I bought the rear shackles from calmini and found a set of calmini t-bars in the junkyard from an 02 X that was crashed. Now my question is could I use them in the PML or not

You can, but when you took them out, did you mark them separate right and left and which ends were front and rear? Once they were put on the truck, they've settled like that.

So, if you did that, then go ahead and put them on. The truck will ride a bit stiffer, but feel great if you put some weight in it.
