Got a set of used 1st gen sliders that had a bad weld. I was able to get iot fixed on my own free (it ain't purty but it's strong.) I had asked Jim what he could do about it and he sent me the mounting hardware I was missing and the gussets they now add for extra support in current production models of the 1st gen sliders.

Really nice guy on the phone and this is what I call A1 service. they stand behind what they sell!
