I'm kinda shocked at the number of people who had Fiat's.

Why are you shocked? Everyone knows the Fiat is a disposable car so it is not a surprise people have went through one or 2.

I bought my 850 Spyder brand new in 1970 for the whopping sum of $2700 including a soft and hard top. The 850 CC motor did not even have an oil filter but instead used centrifigal force to hold sediments out of the oil. It was a lot of fun to drive though.

Looking back the cars I owned I am only partial to the VW Rabbit Convertible because it was comfortable, great drivetrain, looked cool (black body and top), fairly reliable, and it made me want to go out for a drive. However the Xterra is such a practical vehicle, well-constructed and looks cool also. It is also my first Japanese car.

Looking forward I will definitely look again to Nissan unless the Xterra really betrays me down the road. I would love to go back to my VW roots but it seems their reliability, which I believe was always inconsistent at best, has gone downhill since the 1990s. I hope they can get their act together.

The RX-8 was an AWESOME sports car. Wish the whole thing hadn't happened on one hand, but on the other hand, I'm in my super pimp Xterra now. Which I love. If you want the whole story, you can ask... just ask. I could have gone back to it, but I rode by the Xterras, and rarely looked back. Now I never do. Xterras rule.

Hopefully in the next year I will add an Xterra to this. I notice alot of people who owned integras moving to the X, do you miss the integra? It is such a fun little car but unfortunately can't fit the baby and Golden Retreiver in it. I know I will miss it!

Of all the cars I've owned, my Integra best captured the fun factor (even better than my Z did). Light, agile, peppy, and a sent-from-heaven gearbox all made for a really enjoyable car. Pound for pound, it was damn near impossible to beat an Integra for fun for the dollar.

Unfortunately, I live in a rotten state of car thieves, and they relieved me of my beloved Integra well before it's time was up. I thought about getting another one, but was convinced at the time that they'd just steal that one, too, so I started on SUVs.
