New member here. This sight is awesome !! Just bought an 05 and posted a question. MUZIKMAN gave me a quick reply and good advise. It's nice to have a place to ask questions about the new ride. I have had Jeep's, Explorer's, and Bronco's but I really love this Xterra. My wife and I are always canoeing the rivers in this area (the New and the James are 2 favorites) so just give a shout if we can help with any float trip advice or if we can help with a shuttle.

hey kanufrk...I usually get up to arcadia and float the james a couple times a year with some buddies. We camp out at the park up on the mountain. Watch your PM's I'll drop you a message next time we go.

Cool, we just camped in Arcadia last weekend at North Creek. We saw a good put in but no sure of a take out. Not sure what PM's are but we love to float the James so give me a shout when you go we may join you.

we always put in at Buchanan right in town and take out in arcadia under the bridge. Its a nice half day to full day float. Its race season right now so my buddy that goes with me is driving a rig for a team. When he gets back in a month or so we'll head up there.
